The Valley Woodbridge is a new community by Remington Homes in the Humber River Valley, Woodbridge (Vaughan), on the former Board of Trade Golf Course. The community plan combines single-family homes and townhouses around about 2 acres of preserved natural parkland. Phase 1 is detached homes on 40′ and 45′ lots: twelve 40′ designs and three 45′ designs, each with two to four exterior styles, several with an optional loft.
