The Renavu Team operates at Royal LePage Ignite Realty, Brokerage ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect and why.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and message when you submit a contact, valuation, or join form, or when you create an account to save favourites and searches. We also collect limited technical information automatically (such as pages viewed and general device information) to operate and improve the site. If you sign in, we store your saved listings and searches to provide those features.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide real estate services you request, send you information you've asked for (such as price-drop or listing alerts), operate your account, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a real estate brokerage. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not resell leads.
We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with the brokerage and, where relevant, with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (such as our website hosting, database, email delivery, mapping, and e-signature providers). These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information where required by law or by our regulators (RECO, TRREB, CREA).
Property listing information displayed on this site is provided by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use.
We use browser storage (cookies and local storage) for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences and recently viewed information. We use mapping services (Google Maps) that may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law and by real estate regulations (certain transaction records must be retained for several years per RECO/TRREB rules).
