Please read these terms. By continuing, you agree to them as a condition of accessing sold and other protected listing information.

This agreement does not make us your REALTOR®

Accepting these terms does not create an agency relationship or a representation agreement between you and The Renavu Team or Royal LePage Ignite Realty, Brokerage, and it does not impose any financial obligation on you. If an agreement is later entered into that does impose a financial obligation or create representation, it must be established separately from these terms, must be prominently labelled as such, and may not be accepted solely by a mouse click.

  1. You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type offered through this website.
  2. You are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Royal LePage Ignite Realty, Brokerage, of which The Renavu Team is part.
  3. Once these terms have been opened for viewing, a mouse click is sufficient to acknowledge your agreement to them.
  4. You will use the information only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may use it in connection with your own consideration of the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property — for example, sharing a listing with your lawyer, lender, or family — but not for any other purpose.
  5. Apart from the limited use described above, you will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, or repurpose any of the information.
  6. You will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any listing information to another person or entity. Expressly prohibited are scraping (including screen scraping and database scraping), data mining, and any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, profile, extract patterns from, summarize, or manipulate listing information or related data.
  7. You will not use a robot, spider, scraper, automated device, script, or AI system to access, monitor, index, or copy any part of this website or the listing information on it, and you will not bypass robot-exclusion headers or any other security or access-control measure.
  8. You will not use the information to build or populate a database, merge it with any other data, create derivative works or adaptations from it, or compile or provide it to any other person.
  9. You will not give any other person or organisation access to the information through your account, or use it to provide a service to anyone else.
  10. You acknowledge the ownership and validity of the proprietary rights and copyright of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and PropTx in the MLS® database, the MLS® data, the MLS® System, and all listing information. The information is provided under licence and may be used only in accordance with TRREB's rules.
  11. Sold, closed, and historical listing data is confidential and is provided to you solely because you have registered and accepted these terms; it must not be shared publicly.
  12. You expressly authorize TRREB, PropTx, and other TRREB members or their duly authorized representatives to access this website and your registration information for the purposes of verifying compliance with the MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and monitoring the display of members' listings.
  13. You consent to your personal information — including your first and last name, email address, and phone number — being collected, used, and disclosed for these purposes, and to it being shared with TRREB and PropTx for auditing and legal purposes.
  14. Your activity on this website is logged as part of the audit trail we are required to keep, and that record may be provided to PropTx or TRREB if they are investigating a suspected breach of the MLS® Rules.
  15. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB, PropTx, The Canadian Real Estate Association, or The Renavu Team. No responsibility is assumed for the accuracy of any information shown on this website or in any associated mobile app, and none of these parties is liable for its use.
  16. Your account and any credentials issued to you are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  17. Your access may be restricted or revoked at any time, and these terms may be updated to reflect current TRREB VOW requirements.
