Delete your Renavu account

In the Renavu app

1. Open the Renavu app and sign in.
2. Tap My Home, then Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email info@renavu.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Renavu account". We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and reply to let you know. We handle requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email address and phone number
• Saved homes, saved searches and alert settings
• Your community name, posts, replies and votes
• Your Inbox, and your messages with the Renavu Team
• Your home binder: tasks, notes and every file you uploaded
• Your home details from My home (street, city, home type, keys month and, if you added it, what you paid)
• Search together circles you belong to, and your guess-the-price plays
• Your story choices and your answers from the app's welcome screen (why you're here and your area)
• The alert tokens for your phones

What we keep, and for how long

• Sold-data registration record, 180 days. If you agreed to the VOW Terms of Use to see sold prices, the rules of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) require us to keep your name, email address and the date you agreed for 180 days. It is then deleted automatically.
• Records of a real estate transaction. If we acted for you in a purchase, sale or lease, real estate regulations require us to keep those transaction records for several years. They are separate from your app account.
