These are homes where the asking price has come down since the day they were listed. A reduction is the one signal a seller cannot fake: it means the market has already spoken and the seller has answered — a very different starting point from a home still priced on hope.

A price cut is not the same as a deal. It can mean the first number was optimistic, or that something about the home takes explaining. What it does mean is room to have the conversation, and a seller who has shown they will move. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at before you write anything.
