New homes in Oshawa

Oshawa is where most of Durham's new detached supply is being built right now, especially in the north end around the 407. It's the most affordable new-home market in the eastern GTA, and resale values here have held up better than many buyers expected. The GO extension and the university corridor are doing a lot of the work.
