Twenty-three detached designs: fifteen 38′ homes from the 1,635 sq ft Sprucegrove to the 3,230 sq ft Daleside, and eight 45′ homes from the 3,003 sq ft Uplands to the 3,904 sq ft Landscape, with corner versions and 4- to 7-bedroom layouts. Fieldgate's November 2026 release advertises new single detached designs from $1.393M, including walk-out lots backing onto greenbelt and a pond.
